My husband and I were born and raised in Weaverville, North Carolina. When we were married in 1981, we knew we wanted to raise our children here. We wanted them to experience the same friendly people and the slower paced, charming town that we had enjoyed all of our lives. And we did. As our two young men head off for college, they are proud to call Western North Carolina their home.
Before I started selling Real Estate with M7 Realty Solutions, I had the pleasure of executing many weddings, company events, etc. with M7 Event Solutions. It was always a pleasure seeing the reactions of many of our visitors from all over the country when they took in the beauty of our Blue Ridge Mountains. It's always a thrill to experience their awe of seeing our post card quality changes of seasons.
And now, to be able to help others find their sanctuary in these timeless mountains is a true pleasure, not a job.

My husband, Michael, and our 8 year old daughter, Larissa, and I moved to Mars Hill, NC in July of '06 from Key West, FL. I grew up on a large Iowa farm and then lived in Key West for 26 years. I wanted my daughter to have horses and know the seasons so we chose this area and purchased our property in 1999. We love the mountains and all the outdoor activities such as white water rafting, hiking, camping, skiing, and horse-back riding. Besides the gorgeous land and scenery, we have been impressed with the wonderful, friendly, happy people who live in WNC. We intend to stay here permanently. I love helping people and I love the Earth; so helping others to realize their dreams by helping them find their perfect mountain home is the answer to my dreams as well.

After living in California for several years, my husband and I made a decision in 2004 to come back to the East Coast and buy a home in Weaverville. I grew up on Cape Cod and love the ocean, so the mountains were quite new to me. Nonetheless, I instantly fell in love with charming Main Street, the beautiful mountains, and the friendliest neighbors I’ve ever met. Not a day goes by where we couldn’t be strolling the farmer’s markets, art festivals, horseback riding, or fishing along the rivers.
A strong sense of community arises from the beautiful landscape that brings people together. The Asheville area has been voted time and time again one of the best places to live. Once here, you will see many people working together to save our planet and keeping the views spectacular, whether it is simply recycling or building greener homes.
I encourage you to explore our hidden treasure here in Western NC. Let M7 help you find your own piece of paradise in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We promise you won’t want to leave.

A native of Buncombe County, I have spent my entire life in awe of the simple beauty of the Western North Carolina area. With my wife of 39 years, Marcia, we have raised two sons who also appreciate all this area has to offer. We have four wonderful grandchildren, all boys, that we love spending time with.
Marcia and I both grew up in the Western part of Buncombe County and now reside in the Enka/Candler area.
I like metal working, because I enjoy the craft. I also like playing guitar, though I'm not very good. I am an avid reader and enjoy writing as well. Technology fascinates me as does science, and history.
A welder by trade, I later found the challenges of manufacturing management satisfying, but now have retired from that pressure cooker environment, and enjoy helping people discover Western North Carolina for the first time, or helping long time residents change their life. After all, isn't that what buying and selling real estate is all about, discovering new places, and changing ones life?

In 1995 my husband and I, along with our 9 month old son, two cats and a dog moved to Weaverville, NC from our home town of Terre Haute, IN. Now….14 years later, we call Weaverville our HOME TOWN. Our family has grown - with the birth of our daughter in 2000. We can't think of anywhere else we'd want to raise our kids. Weaverville is truly, "the cutest little town" ever. I love everything about it. You've got wonderful little shops, great food and terrific, down to earth people. Real estate has become a natural extension for a place I love. Sharing it with others is a privilege.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in Radio-TV-Film, with a Journalism and Communications minor. I worked on air in radio for over 7 years, including here in the Asheville market. I play guitar and even dabble in song writing.
I spend my free time with my family, my pets, working out in my gorgeous flower garden and working on writing my first novel.

Allison Frank has been a REALTOR in Western North Carolina since 2002. When she moved here from Seattle in 1998, she worked in the art gallery at the Grove Park Inn. And the number one comment she heard from tourists as their main reason for vacationing in Asheville was "to buy real estate." She quickly realized that Asheville is one of the most desired places in the country in which to live, got her license and has been helping folks relocate to our magnificent mountains ever since. Prior to her current real estate career, Allison was an investigative reporter (which helps her provide in-depth research for her clients!), owned a management company in Nashville, and worked for several radio and television stations across the country. Her professional philosophy is to work equally hard for every client who crosses her path whether you want a $5,000 piece of vacant land or a million dollar mansion, Allison's main focus is to serve your needs, get the results you want and help you every step of the way.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Phyllis shared a successful business for 25 years with her husband, Darrell. She enjoyed pairing art with real estate projects including restoring homes, owned eleven design/build projects including two commercial buildings. Her artistic vision, sense of color and design led to a consulting business for interiors/exteriors for clients. Her insight has been benefical to buyers and sellers.
Phyllis and her husband decided to explore the lifestyle of the beautiful mountain living that they enjoy today in western North Carolina. The gentle four seasons strongly appealed to them and after extensive searching they found their very own slice of paradise right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It only took a few steps on this 15 acre parcel of land for them to know that it was home. With their "flatlander" background they had to overcome the numerous challenges of selecting, siting and designing their new mountain home. Through their vision and creativity and their artistic collaboration their dream home became a reality. Phyllis sees real estate as a profitable art project and gives her client’s unusual insight into choosing real estate and making it a profitable venture for them as well as a lifetime of enjoyment. Her enthusiastic and optimistic attitude allows her to enjoy any tasks she undertakes. |

"Helping to Simplify Your Experience!"
With the first of many personal investments, it all started in the '70's. Completing a BA degree from USF in Tampa, FL, the real estate bug bit. The first purchase was vacant land, then off to designing and building my own home; yet gutted and renovated a few others. With my love for gardening and wildlife, have added a twist to the landscape of each investment. Even rescued a small roadside cabin, which now rests at our residence in Weaverville.
I love detail; facilitating a project to completion and making a plan come together. With strong organizational skills, a great network of support, diverse background in real estate, finance, relocation, mortgages and project management, I bring a broad range of knowledge that will help simplify this process for you. |
