Marcia and I both grew up in the Western part of Buncombe County and now reside in the Enka/Candler area. I like metal working, because I enjoy the craft. I also like playing guitar, though I'm not very good. I am an avid reader and enjoy writing as well. Technology fascinates me as does science, and history. A welder by trade, I later found the challenges of manufacturing management satisfying, but now have retired from that pressure cooker environment, and enjoy helping people discover Western North Carolina for the first time, or helping long time residents change their life.
